OUR PROCESS
INITIAL CONSULTATION
This is where we start to unveil your dream home. We start by asking you to share your ideas of what you would like your new custom home to included, how many bedrooms, bathroom, great room, family room, living room concepts, approximate living square footage, interior and exterior style of your dream home. We encourage sharing with us magazine clippings, pictures of homes you like, website featuring home of your style etc… At this initial consultation we listen carefully to your desires and help you determine a rough estimated cost, timeline and expectations of what is involved.
PRELIMINARY DESIGN
The next step is to prepare a preliminary conceptual drawing to reflect your desired dream home. This is typically a multi-step process of presenting the conceptual drawing, making adjustments until the drawing fits your exacting ideas of your custom luxury home. At that point we are able to share with you a realistic estimated cost evaluation.
FINAL DESIGN/WORKING DRAWINGS
Once you are happy with the preliminary design we move to preparing a set of actual working drawings outlining every detail of your vision along with an engineering structural details. At that point we prepare a final budget to build your new custom home with every detail included for from foundation through to the roof including landscaping, pool, flooring and appliance allowances requiring only your tooth brush to move in. This process will result in a final design that will showcase your personal style. Once we have agreed on the budget, specifications and allowances, we will prepare a Building Agreement and move forward to breaking ground.
BREAKING GROUND
This is where your dream home becomes a reality; your involvement and input at this juncture we feel is so important in bringing your custom home to reality. Our long standing relationship with our subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, designers makes the selecting of the various finishes, fixtures, products one of the most enjoyable processes of building a custom luxury home.
